200. ആവതു HAS BECOME A REAL NOUN.

671. ആവതു നാമമായി ഭവിച്ചു (സാദ്ധ്യാൎത്ഥം 656.)
ഉ-ം എന്നാൽ ആവതു; നാലഞ്ചു വയസ്സു ചെന്നാൽ എന്താവതുള്ളൂ (വേ. ച. what is the power of a man in his first 4-5 years!) ആവതു പരീക്ഷിക്കാം (നള. I will try all I can). നെടിരിപ്പേടാവതല്ല (= കഴിവില്ല it is impossible or hopeless to war with the Zamorin) 654-659 കാണ്ക.
But it is also found like ആം in composition with Infinitives and constructed with Instr. (also Dative)
a.) ആം എന്നതു പോലെ നടുവിനയെച്ചത്തോടു സമാസമായി കൂടുകിൽ തൃതീയ ചതുൎത്ഥികൾ (656.) ആശ്രയിച്ചു വരും.
ഉ-ം ചൊല്ലാവതല്ല (ചാണ. unspeakable) നമ്മാൽ എടുക്കാവതല്ല (ഭാര.) എന്തു ചൊല്ലാവതഹോ (വേ. ച. what can be said). പൊരുൾ അറിയാവതായ്‌വരിക (ഹ. ന. കീ. may the meaning become cognoscible) നടക്കാവതായിരുന്നില്ല. (=കൂടിയില്ല) ആവതല്ലാഞ്ഞതിൻ്റെ ശേഷം (absolute-when the enterprise became hopeless). ഓൻ അന്തമുള്ള നപുംസകം: പോക്കാവോന്നല്ല (ഭാര. not re-movable 604.) നമുക്കു പുരാണങ്ങൾ ചൊല്ലുക എന്നതും കേൾക്കെന്നുള്ളതു മാവോന്നല്ലോ; എല്ലാവൎക്കും നന്നായി സാധിക്കാവോന്നെളുപ്പമുള്ളോന്നല്ലൊ (ഭാഗ 237. 604 കാണ്ക.)
b.) പിൻവിനയെച്ചത്തോടും ചേരും (656, 4 ആം). വിസ്തരിച്ചോതുവാൻ ആവതല്ലിക്കഥ (പദ്യ. this story cannot be given at length) 669, c. കാണാം.
c.) Sometimes its signification is merely future ചിലപ്പോൾ ഭാവ്യൎത്ഥമേയുള്ളു.
ഏതൊരു മാൎഗ്ഗത്തൂടെ നിൎഗ്ഗമിക്കാവതു (ശബ. by what way shall I return?) സൌഖ്യം ഉണ്ടാവതു (പദ്യം ഉണ്ടായ്‌വരും-എന്നും കാണുന്നു).
പറഞ്ഞതാവതു (പലപ്പോഴും he said as follows=what he said is that, which follows (fut.)) മൂന്നു പദാൎത്ഥമാവതു (തത്ത്വം അസി) അതു നീ ആയി ആക പദാൎത്ഥം മൂന്നു (തത്വ.)
