(കൃ. ഗാ. so bold as to leave us in the lurch and go?) കിടന്നിട്ടു അരനാഴിക ആകുന്നതിന്നു മുമ്പേ (before he had been lying twelve minutes, or he had not lain twelve minutes before . . . . . . ). ഉണ്ടിട്ടു പോയി (his meal being finished=he went after his meal).
The Disjunctive Conjunction though, although, notwithstanding.
ആകയാൽ ഉം ചേൎത്താൽ എതിരൎത്ഥത്തെ കുറിക്കുന്നു.
ഉ-ം ചെയ്തിട്ടും=ചെയ്തു എങ്കിലും (=635, 2. 3 although having done) എന്നിട്ടും (707, c. and yet); ചെയ്തും (572).
